Suraj Dilwaria specializes in developing cost-effective financial models and leading end-to-end finance projects, including the design and implementation of financial policies and processes. He brings extensive experience in setting up branches and offices across multiple countries, along with a strong track record in project management.
He has played a key role in global transitions to platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Concur, and other ERP systems—standardizing finance and accounting processes and ensuring efficient service delivery through global outsourced business partners.
Suraj has worked with leading organizations including Siemens, Marsh McLennan Group, and IX Systems, and has led finance and accounting projects across a wide range of geographies, including the United States, Europe, China, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, the Philippines, and Dubai.
